When an image is being uploaded to the service, by default it will be converted to WEBP format, and extra metadata from original file (ICC, ICT, EXIF, XMP, etc.) will be lost, but in case of certain formats, like SVG, the uploaded file may retain potentially sensitive information, which is not the intended for storage by the website. It is advised to double-check the images being uploaded.

Simbiat Software follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. Please, note, that self-service erasure will not remove user profile itself if "soft" erasure is requested. "Hard" erasure will remove the profile details, but will not remove [most of] user generated data like "sections", "threads", "posts" in "Talks" part of this website or any of the uploaded files, but all registered personal identification information will be removed.
If you require to also remove all the user-generated content created under your profile, please, make respective request in Support. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. When processing your request, administration will evaluate if there is any information, that you have previously shared, that may be beneficial to other users of the website, that can be retained (with obfuscation) should you agree to that.
