I was watching it in 1080p and it looked like 480p. First opening scene seemed like it had some style. Opening had boring music and weird faces, but animation during it was not that horrible. But then the actual anime began... It should have stopped at the opening. It's more like it's lacking animation, and not that it has bad animation. Especially faces. There are quite a few applications that allow to make relatively good animations there. I mean, you can even use FaceRig with custom plugin or something to simply capture your own face! Why... Why do this?..
