Episode 2:
It feels like this is more about working conditions, rather than body functions. I do not remember manga having this theme, at least not to this extent.
Don't get me wrong, I understand the parallel, it was somewhat present in the original as well (S1, have not started S2 yet), but in these 2 episodes it feels to be taking way more time and be more pronounced. It's as if the anime is more about the social message, rather than teaching of the body. I know this is a serious matter (especially in Japan with high suicide rates because of work), but, to be honest, that is not the reason I wanted to watch this.
Also, liver is not the largest organ. Largest organ is skin.
Episode 3:
Nope. Dropping it. Not only did they ruin the pacing shown in manga, they added their social messages about work here as well. I am not here for "toxic work environment" propaganda: I have enough of it at my work already.
