It's not bad, but it is underdeveloped.
It starts with U, which sounds good because of the song, but looks quite ugly. It does not properly explain the science behind U. Characters are quite flat abd most of them are pointless. "Beauty and the Beast" theme has no idea whether to be the love lune or not.
If this was a series of 12 episodes, they probably would do a much better job in narration. As is it's passable, but that's it. 6 or 7 out of ten.
