In the boar episode I noticed 3 inconsistencies:

1. The soldier reacted to Jiro jumping off the wall before he even started
2. Jiro ignored gravity completely (may be explained later, though)
3. The guy hurt by the boar should be dead

Are the hosts for animal hats clones?

Bereavement curse seems to be just a convenient plot to introduce an "important" character, which is not really important at all, but is needed to show that Jiro is a human. Feels like a really weak move.
