I was like "why is there another show with weird angles?", but then I saw "GoHands" and it made sense. If only they added anything of value...
We have a cartoon, which was made back in USSR, I think, it's called "Prostokvashino". It has a famous talking cat Matroskin, voiced by Anton Tabakov. The cat does not only talk, but can cook and play guitar. Dad of the main character at one point says "If I had such a cat, I might have never get married".
It looks like this anime is exploring a situation where that did happen, but using a girl, because it is more socially acceptable for a girl to abuse a cat like that, I guess. Or maybe because it's easier to make a drunk girl look "cute".
