An anime about FPS teamplay? Meh... A lot of the time is spent showing a game, that looks like something from PS1 era, and does not look exciting in any way (so it being popular in this world is not justified). The guy also is guilt-tripping himself for something, which most likely had nothing to do with him playing games ever, but even if it did - great job of working things out and going to work at a place, which can trigger him at any moment.
It could have been interesting, if they leaned a bit more on the psychological aspects, but those seem to just be a weak justification for why the guy has not been playing his beloved game for so long, which is just sad.
Also, it is very blurry for some reason.
