I guess it's a mix of "Adachi to Shimamura", "Komi Can't Communicate" and "Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko". From the 3 I only properly watched the latter, though. I am not into overly shy characters and comedy focused on their shyness, so... Gonna skip this one.
