Felt quite generic. Was also predictable and looked cheap, which may not be good, if it's supposed to be action-oriented (and premise does suggest that). Characters were bland, I did not find anything that would hook me. I think, main attraction here is the boy with gray hair, but I am not sure if it's enough for a good story. Unless you are into "I feel weak and need power for justice!" kind of story. But then... Watch Batman? He did train specifically because he felt weak, and wanted to change the world. Yes, this boy is also poor, but he is also being portrayed as being smart, so... I do not know, just felt entirely forgettable for me.
