Language Barrier: The Anime.
I guess, an alternative approach to similar theme, that the Alya anime had, but with a bit less class and and love triangle right of the bat. It probably would be more understandable for Japanese people, since it's Okinawan dialect, but maybe not. I mean, if that was the case, the MC would understand the girl, too. On the other hand, unlike Alya, he does not understand this girl at all, and is not even interested in her (or at least does not seem to be).
It felt like the main point was to make the blonde girl blush for most of the episode, and it's just not my type of humor. If you want a cure tanned girl, go watch "Summer Time Render". Or Nagatoro, if you can stand her character.
