If you own this character account, and do not want to share the data, you can change private settings on Lodestone, and a private flag will be applied on next update, preventing any further updates, hiding all details of the profile and applying noindex tag to the page. Visiting the page every 24 hours can help prioritize the update, but generally it happens within minutes. Once it's applied, you will see appropriate message. Note, that you may need to force-refresh the page (clear browser cache) to see the change. This also does not imply instant removal of the page from Google search results, and link to profile may still be present on groups' pages (same as with Lodestone).

This is what adventurer had to say during it:
Jiryo was the son of Ieyasu Jiritsu and Shunko Osamu, and younger brother of Mitsuhide. Ieyasu had fought for the Doman military for several years before deciding that he was done killing and decided to hang up his armor; vowing to only draw his blade again to defend his family. Ieyasu and Shunko had met while he received medical attention during his time in the military. Not wanting Jiryo's older brother, Mitsuhide, to follow a similar path to him, Ieyasu had Shunko teach him basic first aid. Mitsuhide was more studious than Jiryo. Where Mitsuhide would spend his time studying the magick of Conjurers and White Mages, Jiryo would spend his time playing with friends or listening to the music of traveling Bards.
Fearing the worst, before the Doman rebellion, Ieyasu had begun to teach Mitsuhide how to wield a blade in the event that he would be unable to defend the family and Mitsuhide would have to in his stead. As the Doman rebellion came into full swing, Ieyasu realized there'd be no way to keep his family out of harm's way and once again dawned his armor and tossed his lot into the fray. He left the task of defending house and home to Mitsuhide who stayed with Shunko and Jiryo in their small village. However, Shunko wasn’t willing to sit idly by while those who would defend their home were being wounded and killed, and decided to head off after Ieyasu to aid in the war effort. Unable to stop her headstrong will, Mitsuhide couldn’t help but stand aside as she ran off. As Ieyasu had expected, long after Shunko had left, Mitsuhide saw a squad of soldiers coming to raze their home after having done so to their neighbors. Knowing that the two of them would die if they stayed, Mitsuhide bade Jiryo flee. Before Jiryo could make any decision, Mitsuhide shoved his notes on Conjurer and White Mage healing into his hands and practically threw him out of the house.
As Jiryo fled from their home to the coastline, he could hear the clashing of swords and Mitsuhide’s pained screams. Once at the coast, he joined other refugees and fled with them to Eorzea. The refugee ship harbored in Thanalan with Jiryo having nowhere to go and only Mitsuhide’s notes and the clothing on his back to his name. A few years passed. Cold and starvation not unfamiliar to him. He was discovered by a Miqo'te man named U’sylvhain Nunh whose home was the Forgotten Springs. Taking pity on him, U’sylvhain took Jiryo in and gave him temporary lodging while he got back on his feet. Jiryo had studied Mitsuhide’s notes for months to the point where he’d memorized them and had a strong understanding of a Conjurer’s abilities.
In better health and seeking to put knowledge to practice, Jiryo traveled to Gridania where the Conjurer’s Guild resided.
