Visiting the page every 24 hours can help prioritize the update, but generally it happens within minutes. Once it's applied, you will see appropriate message. Note, that you may need to force-refresh the page (clear browser cache) to see the change. This also does not imply instant removal of the page from Google search results, and link to profile may still be present on groups' pages (same as with Lodestone).

Currently is resident of Ul'dah, Thanalan on Ragnarok of Chaos.
Reached rank of Flame Captain in Immortal Flames Grand company.
Last interview was conducted on .
This is what adventurer had to say during it:
Kurohi, son of Artus Longheim and Ivy Mirandall, was born in the Thanaland settlement known as The Golden Bazaar. At an early age he started developing strange powers, but due to his obligations he had to stay besides his parents to continue the family-owned business.
It wasn't till an enemy attack that caused his family death that Kurohi left his village trying to discover how to unfold his inner strength and seeking for revenge.
Doted in many aspects, he chose to follow the Conjurer lifestyle while travelled all over Eorzea in company of Astrea and his guild companions, to whom Kurohi developed strong ties. Besides Kriz Bernstein, Quadaess Nightshade and Lylle Eclair, he was one of the Four Inferno Generals.
Once he had mastered most of the conjury and thaumarturgy skills, he joined forces with his fellows to face the dangers within the Dzemael Darkhold, what helped to experience real battles. Everybody had to be ready for an incoming Garlean Empire attack, so the more expertised in the battlefield, the better.
Nonetheless, when Batraal was defeated Kurohi had to join one of the three great companies to be granted access to new weapons and adventures. He enlisted The Immortal Flames of Ul'dah and was introduced to a new companion, a male chocobo that he named Vanford.
Vanford joined forces while Kurohi and his friends had to slay several Notorious Monsters, face Ifrit in the Bowl of Embers, dethrone the Good King Mog XII, and confront Miser's Mistress and the frightful Chimera. Thank to all these trials, he gained access to new abilities, so he managed to go further in the battle knowledge, adquiring the category of White Mage among others.
Due to his friendship with Pimelle, he gathered information about a terrible Empire Plan that involved, somehow, the lesser moon: Dalamud. After a fateful encounter with Urianger, Kurohi started to comprehend the horrific events that had to come in a near future.
After Bahamut was released thanks to Nael Van Darnus's evil plan, chaos was unleashed all over Eorzea during the Battle of Cartenau. Lousioix could protect Kurohi and his friends thanks to an unknown Spell.
Five years later, after traveling through a faraway land, Kurohi was pushed back home in the middle of a battle against a Miura near the gates of San d'Oria. When he came back, he gathered his friends (although some of them had changed...). All of them remembered each other, but no one of the rest of Meteor survivors (but Minfilia) seemed to remember them. What had happened?
