This is what adventurer had to say during it:
K'urai Odinsong was born in Ul'dah her parents were culinary adventurers searching far and wide for that perfect dish. They often left little K'urai to run about the city on her own. In one of her little adventures during an unusually long outing of her parents, she acquired a bow and not knowing what it was she used it to fend off the over zealous rats around her parents kitchen. One day a Roegadyn named Twyrmoht came to town looking for supplies, he spied K'urai swatting at the rats with an unstrung bow and was mortified. He went to the dirty little urchin, snatched her up in his powerful hand. "Child WHAT are you doing?!" letting out a bleat like a wounded lamb K'urai flashed her teeth and flailed helplessly in Twyrmoht's powerful grasp. "Easy little wild thing. Where are your parents?" he shook her enough to get her under control. She stared at him eyes burning with fear and rage. "I don't know.." K'urai admitted through clenched teeth her blue eyes welling up with tears. "Never mind that then. Mind your tears and come with me I'll show you how to properly use that poor bow you seem so fond of abusing." He set her down gingerly and at that moment K'urai Odinsong had a choice, sprint to the known or stay with this strange giant man. The essence of her adventurous parents rose up and asserted itself. K'urai nodded solidly and followed the man that would change her life. She learned the ways of the archer's arm her curiosity often got her into trouble as she ranged out beyond the city boundaries.
Learning enough to defend herself K'urai set out on her own. She was determined to find her parents and no one, not even Twyrmoht, would stop her.
Years later K'urai was hunting alone on the outskirts of Ul'dah her parent far from her thoughts, when she heard a voice as clear as day. "Feel.... Think..." Then she had a sudden unbearable urge to see Twyrmoht again. Driven by this urge K'urai packed her meager belongings and set out to Gridania to see her mentor and teacher.
Several years later and with many adventures under her belt the end came for K'urai. The moon Dalamud burned the sky and the ground was turned red by the blood of the fallen. "K'urai Odinsong do you stand with your fellow Eorzeans against the Garlean invaders?" The voice of Kan-E-Senna rang like velvet bells in K'urai's ears, making them twitch. Kur, as she was now known to her friends, nodded her head resolutely as she had with her mentor all those years ago. "Good may The Twelve watch over you and your friends this day." And then she was gone. Kur thought she was perfection in motion and her respect for Kan-E-Senna grew even more. In that moment K'urai Odinsong pledged her heart and soul, not to Gridania, but to EORZEA. Battle of Carteneau is the last time anyone saw the snow haired K'urai Odinsong
