Orphaned/Abandoned Miqo'te Seeker of the Sun who has immense magical powers and needs a summoned pet in order to be an outlet so he doesn't overload. His chocobo is actually a more physical manifestation of Carbuncle, hence he calls it Carby. Carby is his constant companion and when he doesn't have a Faerie or an Egi out Carby siffons some of his excess magic to retain a physical shape.
Koji is usually quiet though he's also not afraid to be openly sexual and is quick to crack a pun or a joke if the situation arises. Koji doesn't like to talk about his past, or how he ended up being able to attain the needed materials to be an Arcanist in the first place. But he seems to have a lot of connections in the Limsa Lominsa back alleys and seedier sides of town.
Incredibly open about the fact he likes sex, is openly/obviously gay, but willing to be with a woman if she requests it. Can also appreciate a woman for her beauty and sex-appeal, despite being extremely into men. (All RP ok, walk-ups and /tells are amazing. Koji is gay though)
