Bright breezy and cheerful Loulou is a former member of the archers guild in Gridania, having decided to join Section 9 when the two groups worked together on a quest. Admiring the approach that section 9 take to problem handling and the fact they have no political alignment opened up a wider world for her to explore. Warmly welcomed by the group due to her kind heart and desire to aid those in need she brings a welcome ray of cheer to the group. She has a innate capability with nature based magic which Jan has agreed to tutor her in to encourage her to open up into other class styles, something she has taken to with great joy.
