Son to house Masamune, hail from the east. Born and raised in Koshu, capital of the Bakufu.

House Masamune refused to bend the knee to Zenos Yea Galvus and hence were betrayed by the Bakufu at the hand of House Muramasa, sworn enemies to House Masamune.

Ryuma was found on a bloodstained battlefield by the legendary samurai Musosai. Trained in the way of the samurai, Ryuma vows to extract revenge on house Muramasa and the destruction of the Bakufu.
