Aiden "Buster" Sky is a young miqo'te who continues to search for the truth. Quiet as a child, he was the complete opposite to his lively sister, Astella Sky. He never liked being in the city of Ul'dah, and always had a sinking desire to know where he really came from.

The day of his 15th birthday, Buster was presented a gift by his adoptive mother that changed the course of his life: a sapphire hairpin that supposedly came from his birth mother. Seeing that as a sign, Buster left in the middle of the night, leaving behind his sister in order to find the traces of his heritage.

Buster had journeyed to many places in Eorzea and beyond. He shed his quiet personality and became jovial and carefree, much like his sister. As the years passed, Buster had finally started to make headway on locating the truth about his parents, but his quest was halted when he found out about the battle taking place in Eorzea. His longing to see his sister overrode his desire for truth, so he headed back to Eorzea to find Astella Sky.

Buster arrived in the shores surrounding Limsa Lominsa just in time to see the elder primal Bahamut ravage the land in fire and death. Finding no trace of his sister, Buster vowed to never stop searching until he found her. Five years passed before he got his first clue that the adventurers who vanished that fateful night may be returning.

Buster Sky heads off to the home he abandoned to find the person he never should have left behind.
