If you own this character account, and do not want to share the data, you can change private settings on Lodestone, and a private flag will be applied on next update, preventing any further updates, hiding all details of the profile and applying noindex tag to the page. Visiting the page every 24 hours can help prioritize the update, but generally it happens within minutes. Once it's applied, you will see appropriate message. Note, that you may need to force-refresh the page (clear browser cache) to see the change. This also does not imply instant removal of the page from Google search results, and link to profile may still be present on groups' pages (same as with Lodestone).

This is what adventurer had to say during it:
Much of Dahlia's lineage and parentage are lost to her, parents presumed dead in the proxy wars of Hingashi. It was the kunoichi Nika Halle, who found her, spirited her away to Doma and raised her as one of her own. It wasn't long before Doma was annexed by the Garlean Empire that Nika and her made the harrowing trek to the outskirts of Ul'Dah. There the fledgling kunoichi trained in the ways of the shinobi and the monk, while befriending Dark Lost and Dugfinn Shadowsand, two Lalafell that would prove to be her closest friends. Dahlia's training and fascination in the martial arts lead her across Eorzea to hone her skills, eventually returning to her adoptive city-state of Ul'Dah and taking up the calling of newest member of the Scions of the Seventh Dawn and Warrior of Light. Destruction of the Ultimate Weapon, ending the Dragonsong War, liberating Doma and Ala Mhigo and her recent exploits in the First, even the pain of her losses and ordeals have failed to keep the fire of Dahlia's spirit snuffed as she contemplates her future, especially as Director of the Free Company, the Silver Guardians, the Scions acting special forces and protectors.
