So is he Keeper of Precepts, and his authority is absolute.

Melchizedek: Meaning "my king (is) righteous(ness)". King and High Priest during the time of Abram in the Book of Genesis. In Christanity, according to the Letter to the Hebrews, Jesus Christ is identified as a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek, and so Jesus assumes the role of High Priest once and for all.
