「A familiar created by Venat for the ultimate goal of becoming strong enough to defeat the Endsinger at the climax of their journey. After their creation in the time of the Ancients within Venat's personal quarters in secret, Vii was minimized into the tiniest fraction of a crystal, and sent into the Aethereal Sea undetected by servants of Zodiark shortly before the beginning of the Final Days. Left dormant and adrift on the flow of time and space, Vii was unaware of the calamities that would befall the cosmos, the sundering, or anything else, until the Seventh Umbral Calamity. An act so influential as a whole population traveling through time created a strong enough pull in the Aethereal Sea to bring Vii's shard to Hydaelyn.
Barreling for the surface shortly after the calamity, their shard began to grow from the Star's energies, and they began to take on the form they now walk as.
Vii does not remember landing, only gaining consciousness when they find themselves laying under a tree in The Black Shroud. Gifted with the ability of human speech, their mind simply rang with two things as they stumbled through the twelveswood:
