You can be mad at me for things that are real, but if you're mad at me because I spoke to someone that YOU disagree with then this is going to get out of hand really quickly and I don't want that kind of environment.

You can and should be able to speak to anyone about anything that you want to. If people are going to go off the deep end to attack you for it, then we're more cooked than I thought.
