Visiting the page every 24 hours can help prioritize the update, but generally it happens within minutes. Once it's applied, you will see appropriate message. Note, that you may need to force-refresh the page (clear browser cache) to see the change. This also does not imply instant removal of the page from Google search results, and link to profile may still be present on groups' pages (same as with Lodestone).

This is what adventurer had to say during it:
What does it mean to be part of a world? Is one simply born into one never to leave, or is it more complex? Is our world the world, or cam the various cultures and contexts of our world be considered worlds of their own.
This is the story of a woman caught between two worlds.
The Kujqai tribe is a powerful tribe of passionate Xaela. They follow the wind and through it attain fortune, glory, and personal satisfaction. Though they are not without loss, for no world can exist without loss. Many years ago a child of one of the couples simply vanished. Perhaps it was simply a minor distraction the caused the child to wander off. Of course the tribe would no doubt have attempted a search. However a sandstorm quickly put a stop to that. It was as if the wind itself told the Xaela that it had plans for this child, and that it would not allow them to interfere. Reluctantly the parents of this child were torn away from their most valuable treasure, never to be seen again.
The expedition of Lord Bartholomew Eldwright was coming along smoothly. This was not his first time in a foreign land. A professor by trade and a patron of all reason he made it a point to travel to places most dared not to go in order to bring back knowledge of these foreign lands to the world. Though having a background in adventuring before becoming a professor also helped. This time though was different. This time he returned with more than just stories and artifacts. This time he found a young Xaela girl on the verge of death. Unable to abandon her, Bartholomew took her in himself and brought her home. She was too young to remember who she was or where she even came from. So Bartholomew and his wife Madeline gave her the name Narthorne Eldwright and began to raise her as their own.
Narthorne proved to be an ideal daughter, brightening up each day with her smile and willingness to help her new parents. She managed to take after their passion for learning and discovery and decided to follow in the footsteps of her family. She would travel the world to learn all that she could to share it with all. Before she set off on her journey however, Bartholomew had something to return. A simple necklace of tribal origin that Narthorne had worn the day he had found her. And just like that she now had two goals. Not only would she seek knowledge, but she also would seek the origin of this necklace and her past with it.
And so began the tale of Narthorne Eldwright, a woman trapped between two worlds.
