Found abandoned as a newborn,Rurumu was taken in by a merchant family operating out of Limsa Lominsa. Doted on by her older brothers and family, she grew to lead a somewhat normal life, though her parents always warned her to keep her hood on, afterall, Auri were rarely seen in their parts.

She came to learn her family trade, and had even surpassed her brothers in some aspects of it, though her true passions in life were magic and handicrafts. This led her to join the Arcanists guild at age 15 and even begin learning about the path of the Scholar.

Sadly she is unable to advance her studies as her parents and brothers decide to go to the Battle of Carteneau in order to supply the alliance with goods, leaving her in charge temporarily.

Temporary becomes permanent when all four die in the Calamity and she leaves Limsa for Ul'Dah to focus on the buisness.

After spending years struggling with her beliefs and wants, Rurumu decides to hand the company to its Senior Business Officer to return to her family home and become the person she truly wants.

FUN FACTS:

-She'll never admit it, but the Ruby Carbuncle is actually her favorite summon.

-Her favorite foods are cheese souffle, shakshuka, beef stew, and almond cream croissants

-After Heavensward, she commissioned portraits of Ysale and Harchefaunt. She keeps them in a hidden pocket of her coat.

-She has giant crushes on Y'shtola, Lyse, and Lyna.

-if anyone asks, she wasn't the one who destroyed the kitchen in Mor Dhona.
