If you own this character account, and do not want to share the data, you can change private settings on Lodestone, and a private flag will be applied on next update, preventing any further updates, hiding all details of the profile and applying noindex tag to the page. Visiting the page every 24 hours can help prioritize the update, but generally it happens within minutes. Once it's applied, you will see appropriate message. Note, that you may need to force-refresh the page (clear browser cache) to see the change. This also does not imply instant removal of the page from Google search results, and link to profile may still be present on groups' pages (same as with Lodestone).

This is what adventurer had to say during it:
Kasandra, is the lone female and adopted child by Kalyndra and Viktor Sturmbringer. Raised in Gyr Abania under Garlean Empire rule with her five brothers. She followed her father in learning the ‘Way of the Warrior,’ training secretly. At 10, she exhibited abilities that her own father lacked. Viktor pushed her hard and taught young Kasandra everything he knew. At 13, only her father could hold he own against the ferociousness of his daughter’s combat prowess, her brothers feared facing her because of that.
During the summer of her 13th year, war consumed all Eorzea, the 7th Umbral Calamity erupted causing a great conflagration of destruction claiming the lives of her family, save that of her father. Kasandra escaped with Viktor from The Peaks through hidden tunnels under Baelsar’s Wall into the East Shroud of Gridania.
Safe from the Imperials, she sought out help for her father, whom they saved. Viktor continued her training for the following 7 years until he could teach her no more. On her 20th Name Day, a trance overcame her. Regaining her senses, she only muttered “Hear, Feel, Think.”
She could not explain what happened when questioned. However, Viktor noticed a new light shown from her eyes when training. Two weeks after her Name Day, her father fell gravely ill. His life ending, bid Kasandra to go to the Gladiator guild in Ul’dah to seek out the leader giving her his signet ring to present. He passed the next day. After burying her father, she travelled to Ul’dah as instructed.
It was during this time she received another trance like vision, this time more vivid. Mother Hydaelyn spoke calling her to serve as her emissary as her Bringer of Light! Afterward, she travelled throughout Eorzea fighting for the future of all people. She faced and defeated all the Ascians, including the un-sundered Emet Selch, Lahabrea, and Elidibus. She vanquished Gais Van Belsar, stopped the great wyrm Nidhogg ending the 1000-year Dragonsong War saving the nation of Ishgard.
After liberating her homeland and Doma, Garlemald rein ended with the defeat of Zenos yae Galvos. This led her to travel through time and space to the first where she saves the first and the Source from the 8th Umbral Calamity, by destroying all the Sin Eaters protecting countless lives on two worlds. Upon returning to the Source, the Scions brought home a cure for those enthralled to the Eikons/Primals. Each nation state received the necessary tools to cleanse the corrupted enthralled.
After a brief respite, Zenos and Fandaniel launched a campaign that led Kasandra and her Scion allies in a battle to stop the ‘Final Days.’ Eventually, Kasandra and the Scions travelled to Ultima Thule to stop the Endsinger. She saved the Scions to face this monster alone. Zenos arrived to aid her. Afterwards, Zenos fought her in a death match that nearly killed her. Zenos dead, she returned to the Source, the Final Days Calamity adverted. She awaits a new adventure for her.
