If you own this character account, and do not want to share the data, you can change private settings on Lodestone, and a private flag will be applied on next update, preventing any further updates, hiding all details of the profile and applying noindex tag to the page. Visiting the page every 24 hours can help prioritize the update, but generally it happens within minutes. Once it's applied, you will see appropriate message. Note, that you may need to force-refresh the page (clear browser cache) to see the change. This also does not imply instant removal of the page from Google search results, and link to profile may still be present on groups' pages (same as with Lodestone).

This is what adventurer had to say during it:
An adventurer who hails from Oakhurst, an independent city-state in the island nation of Thavnair.
The sole child of a high-ranking militia officer and a local seamstress, he lost both parents to a civil war that engulfed the land at the time. He was then taken in and raised by a distant relative, an inn-keep who used to be an adventurer himself. As such, the restless wayward child grew up being regaled with tales of heroism and derring-do - all of which, he took to heart. When he eventually came of age, he was arranged to apprentice under Gwendolyn Elswyth, a retired explorer and renowned author of the Historia Hydaelea Codex, an anthology of works alternating between her exploits, achievements in the field of esoterics, and the histories of the realm.
Despite the fact that his apprenticeship started out tempestuous, the ill-tempered, misanthropic, old mage eventually took a liking to the young man, recognizing his aptitude for learning and potential for dweomercraft. Under her tutelage, he gained a deeper understanding of the arcane and made wondrous progress in his mastery of the craft. In his carrying out of various duties and appeasing his master's ever-changing whims as they travelled across the three continents, he had also obtained a particular appreciation for the academia and written works.
However, an incident involving a cursed grimoire set forth a chain of events which put an end to his relatively idyllic life, ultimately leading to the demise of his mentor. On her deathbed, she bestowed upon him her keepsake, a blank journal, and demanded from him a vow to continue her work of exploring and chronicling every corner of the realm - something upon which he readily agreed to. And so, the once wayward youth driven by dreams of adventure set out on a journey.
Although he has shown propensity for the arcane even from a young age, he has since then supplemented his repertoire with martial proficiency, a necessity he found himself relying on multiple times in his travels. Guided by his compassionate nature and innate curiosity, tempered with a strong sense of responsibility, and armed with mastery of both spell and blade, he now roams the realm, carrying on Gwendolyn’s legacy and ever in search of adventure…
"Men seeketh to obtain what is forbidden. Always has't, always will. And mages? Vastly more so, I'm afraid." Gwendolyn Elswyth, On Sacrosanct Lore and Esoterica from Historia Hydaelea Codex Volume XI
