The cycle of death and rebirth continued after the end of all things. A magician and a carpenter fell madly in love over the sea in Limsa Lominsa. After their 5th year of marriage, a Son was born to them. The moved to Gridania, when he was born. Their son fell in love with nature and the arcane. He chose to study very hard and loved to learn things about the world around him. He was a dreamer and loved to make things for others.
One day during primary school at recess, Arevestin was studying for a test when there was a loud banging noise outside his classroom. He saw the local bully, a grey skined, roegadyn by the name of Threngar beating up a new miqo`te transfer student.
Arevestin seeing the students desperate situation decided to defend her. He yelled: Leave her alone!" as he swooped in and tackled the bully by his knees. Upon the massive roegadyn's knees buckling, he fell on top of Arevestin! Crushing him and dislocating his arm. The bully's entourage started kicking Arevestin, breaking his nose and dislocating his jaw. The miqo`te was in shock and ran for a teacher to break up the fight.
After recovering for a few days, Arevestin still looking all beat up with bandages, was visited by the lonely Miqo`te. "I never got to thank you for the other day. You saved me from those awful bullies." She said in a very quiet yet happy voice to him. Arevestin shook in his boots as no-one had ever come over to his desk to talk to him ever. He didn't know how to respond. "Are you okay? Those bullies didnt hurt you too much did they?" He was still stunned, but managed to shake his head towards her. "My family is from Limsa Lominsa, we have a clinic over there and wanted to build one here. Let me take you to see my father, He is a white mage! He can make you all better!" Her smile was warm and welcoming as the morning sun.
Upon meeting the Mage, Arevestin was stunned by the man. Tall, handsome and draped in proper magician's attire. It was like meeting a holy priest. "Please come in." he said kindly.
"My daughter has told me much of your great deeds, so I wish to bestow you with wellbeing." He held his staff high and a magical green glow surrounded Arevestin. All the cuts, bruises, pain, and dislocated bones were restored! Arevestin was bewildered by how effective magic was. He asked to watch the man work, and with each guest that entered, Arevestin's knowledge of white magic was growing. He decided he wanted to help people with magic.
So he sought the help of a local conjurer who agreed to be his apprentice. After much training and pain, he was ready to begin the next chapter of his life. He was now an amatuer Conjurer who wanted to heal the world and help others.
What's next you may ask? Well, legend has it that he achieved becoming a white mage and wanders the wild darkness of Eorzea. Seeking cure for many ailments and diseases. You just may find his services useful someday. Go and help heal the world!
