If you own this character account, and do not want to share the data, you can change private settings on Lodestone, and a private flag will be applied on next update, preventing any further updates, hiding all details of the profile and applying noindex tag to the page. Visiting the page every 24 hours can help prioritize the update, but generally it happens within minutes. Once it's applied, you will see appropriate message. Note, that you may need to force-refresh the page (clear browser cache) to see the change. This also does not imply instant removal of the page from Google search results, and link to profile may still be present on groups' pages (same as with Lodestone).

This is what adventurer had to say during it:
A former member of the Royal House of the Nodion Kingdom turned Ninja-assassin. He and his sister murdered several members of the miltary hierarchy of Nodion which included members of their own family as well as many military generals and strategists. They were branded as traitors but were later pardoned by their brother when the war crimes of the deceased were exposed to the world. His sister died by the League of Assassins but not before she taught Griever their most sacred and forbidden techniques (Most of it Ninjutsu) that had been sealed away.
He eliminated every last member of the League of Assassins before infiltrating a cult obsessed with bringing back a dark god. He manages to delay the summoning and exposes the cult to the world where they are eventually defeated.
He helped reunite and end the war Moon Elves of Twilight Moon and the Forest Creatures of Druidia while also exposing the crimes that instigated the war committed by the leader of the human city of Hellwind (He was also exposed for murdering the original king as well as being an ill-tempered and xenophobic man who hated every non-human he made contact with, the Moon Elves in particular.)
Griever is later confronted by the leader of the Moon Elves (He had defeated her in several encounters all over the world, but let her live after pointing out her flaws. In a way, it was a twisted way of training her to become better and essentially was grooming her to surpass him as he saw her limitless potential). She defeats him but instead of killing him as he wished (And essentially had nothing left to fight for, feeling his purpose in life had to been fulfilled and someone like him doesn't need to exist in this world), she insists he stay by her side, which he does until his final days.
As he approached his final days, Griever became bed-ridden and admitted he did not think this was how it was going to end. As a powerful stormed erupted over Twilight Moon, he fell into a deep sleep. When he woke up, he was in a port town he never been before. His old bones did not ache nor was he on the verge of death. He felt youthful vigor and was able to move around better than he had in years. But his movements felt different and when checking over his body, he noted he was partially covered in scales and a scaly tail was hanging behind him. When asking one of the locals their location, he was called a "strange looking Au Ra" and he was in "Limsa Lominsa."
It would seem his former life had ended and a new one had begun... but he was not alone. It would seem the Moon Elf had become a dark skinned Elezen woman who also regained her youth, but more importantly... they were reunited once again.
