A former Wizard of the Famous Cigam Magic Academy and only son of the Doman household of Allesia. The Doman family were known for being hearty seaman with their knowledge and love for the sea. They are devout followers of Sea Goddess Tia and dedicate their lives to sailing.
After his father's death, Aiden had to grow up quite early in his life in order to take care of himself and his mother. He spent most of his childhood taking odd jobs and scrapping whatever he could to make ends meet. As he got older, Aiden is surprised to learn that his mother had been saving up money to send him to the Famous Cigam Academy in order to learn magic, which coincided with Aiden's dream of being a sea captain and using his magic to help understand the sea and weather to ensure safe travel for him and his crew.
Before he could object, his mother sent him to Cigam to learn what he could. To his surprise, the academy was full of rather attractive women and Aiden could not help but flirt with them as much and often as he could.
And while he tried to be as happy as he could, his lack of magic experience made it quite difficult for him as he got into a lot of fights with the students who teased him. It wasn't long before his role as class clown and bottom of the pack in terms of magic ability became a regular routine.
All of that changed one day when he met Rouge Windom. Aiden saw how hard the guy worked and while jealous at first, he witnessed the students tease him for not being as good as his sister and when Aiden learned that he was struggling because his sister had disappeared and was presumed dead, he jumped in and defended him. The two quickly became best friends.
They met others who shared in how rude and dumb the students were being and the group grew to a number of five. These five were known throughout the Academy as the Cigam Five. They were thick as thieves and watched each other's back. However, something happened during one of the missions and Lena Novarin had become trapped in time. Rouge dropped out as did Aiden and their other two friends, vowing to rescue her at all costs.
During the journey, Aiden met a beautiful woman named Clover. She had a similar goal to their group, while it wasn't to save Lena, it was to destroy an artifact Lena took with her to the end of time. The two took to each other extremely well and began a romantic relationship with the other. After a long journey and being joined by many allies, they rescue Lena but at the cost of what seemed like Rouge's own life.
Refusing to believe him lost, Aiden, Clover, and Rouge's lover Birgitta sailed in search for him. They would encounter a freakish storm and be sucked into a vortex. They arrived in Eorzea separately but alive.
It would not be long before they reunited not only with Rouge but others searching for him from their world. Now reunited, they all stand as one. And after some time, Aiden worked up the courage and is now Eternally Bound to Clover.
