Visiting the page every 24 hours can help prioritize the update, but generally it happens within minutes. Once it's applied, you will see appropriate message. Note, that you may need to force-refresh the page (clear browser cache) to see the change. This also does not imply instant removal of the page from Google search results, and link to profile may still be present on groups' pages (same as with Lodestone).

This is what adventurer had to say during it:
Heiress by day, vigilante by night.
Airi Sotto was a shining light to the denizens of the kingdom of Hingashi, helping out those in need and giving a helping hand to any royal duties in the castle. Although not next in line to man the kingdom due to her lineage, her absolute kindness and respect were welcomed to the community with open arms and wide smiles, and she returned the favor with gifts and memorable moments with the elderly and children alike.
However, there had been something deep in this heiress' heart that she could not brush away. Early on in life, Airi had seen the crimes in the underbellies of the lands and took to the shadows of the alleys to deal with them. Across the Eastern land, belongings and abducted children were returned rightfully to their villages. As she unraveled the crimes to light, she'd found the root of it all, and it was only proper of her virtue to take action.
At nights, Airi would dust off a small coffer hidden in her wardrobe and don its contents: a black cloak and hood similar to the pearl-white outfit that she would wear in the streets amongst her people, along with a replica of her late father's daggers, imbued with magicks befitting a dark-fitted assassin. With it, she'd slip past the guards out of the castle and into the frontlines, where small resistance factions, even to this day, still ferociously clashed against the might of the Garlean Empire. Being graciously swifter than a hornet and wits sharper than the blades she carried, she was hailed as a champion who led them through numerous victories in small skirmishes and was therefore known by many as, "The Darkest Shadow," while keeping her identity under wraps.
Unfortunately, something still felt off to this heiress. Although she's helped liberate small factions, Airi felt uneasy about the situation: she's noticed Garlean forces increasing in numbers, all while feeling inadequate of her limited combat skills taught by the castle's royal guards. She knew that she needed to act, and fast.
To broaden her horizons and prove to be more competent, Airi set out on a cultural excursion by her lonesome to the far lands of Eorzea. Unbeknownst to the kingdom, she actually intended to learn the ways of different people and how they would live and fight. Traveling through stormy seas and lush meadows across continents, she grew wearier from her lengthy travel, but that hadn't stopped her ambitions to hone her skills.
But as it seems, that was not just what was in store for her impending journey.
On the last leg, she embarked on a chocobo carriage accompanied by a scruffy man and a pair of white-haired twins, headed for the grand city of Ul'dah seeking its guild for adventurers, from here on out carrying a new name: Aly Rysotto. As they neared the Thanalan region and the city itself, she began to doze off under the blistering desert heat.
