Last interview was conducted on . This is what adventurer had to say during it:

Orphaned as a child from a dragon attack, Cedric grew up on the streets with other urchins, surviving through petty thievery. This caused many of the locals to despise Cedric, especially given their hatred for Duskwights. He faced a disproportionate degree of animosity from the townsfolk. As the years went on, the town guard grew more determined in dealing with the growing crime problem and eventually captured Cedric and threw him in the dungeons where he was tortured. There, Cedric met another younger Duskwight boy named Bernard. The two kept each other company as cellmates until Cedric's companions were able to orchestrate a jailbreak and free him. He attempted to free Bernard in the escape, but they were cut off by the guards and were forced to leave him behind.

Filled with a newfound hatred for his captors, Cedric vowed to exact revenge. His band of thieves, now calling themselves the Children of the Dragon, raided a warehouse and made off with numerous weapons and armor. Cedric armed himself in heavy plate mail and wielded a mighty greatsword, a symbolic gesture of the power he had gained.

The next several years proved to be a bloody affair, with the town and the Children waging a small war between each other, each small victory or defeat further cementing Cedric's hatred of his former captors. The battling continued until one day the Children raided the mayor's estate, intending to murder him as punishment for his neglect and carelessness. Now cornered, the mayor awaited Cedric's sword to bury itself in his chest. Before Cedric could deal the killing blow, one of the mayor's serfs stepped between them. Much to Cedric's surprise, Bernard was the one who had come to the mayor's aid. He stood defiantly between the two, shooting a fierce glare at Cedric, whom he did not recognize through his heavy plate helm. Cedric hesitated, grasping his mighty two-handed sword in his trembling hands. Before he could act, an arrow struck Bernard's throat and he fell to the ground before countless more peppered the mayor's chest. Cedric turned to see a fellow Child of the Dragon holding a bow and empty quiver. In a fury, he lashed out with his sword and cleaved the Child in twain. The other bandits panicked, seeing their leader having turned on their own, and opened fire, burying numerous arrows in Cedric's back. Cedric turned and ran, jumping out the window and falling hard to the ground in the mayor's garden, where he was set upon by more guards.

Cedric fled to the woods, beaten and battered from the attack. He made his way to a river before collapsing. When he came to he found himself in the care of an old Hyur hermit who had treated his wounds. Through the hermit, Cedric learned that many of his former comrades had been captured and executed after the raid and the rest had disbanded in his absence. The hermit nursed Cedric back to health and the Duskwight bid a final goodbye to the stranger before wandering off, abandoning his old armor and sword.
