Visiting the page every 24 hours can help prioritize the update, but generally it happens within minutes. Once it's applied, you will see appropriate message. Note, that you may need to force-refresh the page (clear browser cache) to see the change. This also does not imply instant removal of the page from Google search results, and link to profile may still be present on groups' pages (same as with Lodestone).

This is what adventurer had to say during it:
It is not known why Freyja's mother chose to leave her village in Golmore Jungle, but what is known is that she was with child prior to her departure. Once settled in Lea Monde she gave birth to Freyja, and together they lived a humbled life. Sadly, Freyja was born mute, and was unable to communicate or connect with the other children in Lea Monde. Her only companion was her mother, who she would communicate with through their own form of sign language. Freyja instead found herself occupying her time in the great library of the city. She was always a precocious and very intelligent child, eager to soak in as much information and knowledge as she was able to.
In Freyja's adolescence, she and her mother were visited upon by a group of traveling Sharlayan scholars. The scholars were fascinated by the rarity of the two viera living comfortably in modern society. More so the scholars were also amazed in Freyja's highly intellectual pursuits. This inspired the scholars to invite Freyja and her mother to come with them to the old country, to which they accepted.
Freyja grew up safe and sheltered from the occupation of Dalmasca in her days spent with the scholars. She quickly developed a passion in the studies of Sharlayan astrology. When she came of age Freyja was invited to further her studies on the Isle of Val where she became a member of the Students of Baldesion.
Freyja later came to Eorzea to continue her studies at the Sharlayan colony in Dravania. There, she also took a keen liking to fencing and exotic dancing in her leisure. It seemed she had finally found her place in the world...until Garlemald arrived.
When the Garlean Empire invaded Eorzea the colony was forced to evacuate. Freyja and a small few of her fellow scholars were deep in their research away from the Hinterlands and were unable to flee with the others.
Freyja and her friends pressed on at the remnants of the colony for a time. When supplies ran short, they attempted to reach out to the denizens of Ishgard, but their education in Sharlayan sciences branded them heretics by the Holy See, and they were met with swift judgement. The scholars were executed, yet Freyja successfully escaped.
Freyja fled deep into Dravania, She was weary and distrustful now of people after witnessing the cruelty Ishgard brought upon her companions. She roamed the highlands, hunted at every turn by inquisitors of the Holy See. She earned their notoriety after taking up arms and defending herself with her magically infused fencing skills. Many began referring to her simply as the "Sharlayan Witch."
Freyja would not make contact with the outside world again, until the day she happened upon a wounded bounty hunter; another viera by the name of Astraea...
