If you own this character account, and do not want to share the data, you can change private settings on Lodestone, and a private flag will be applied on next update, preventing any further updates, hiding all details of the profile and applying noindex tag to the page. Visiting the page every 24 hours can help prioritize the update, but generally it happens within minutes. Once it's applied, you will see appropriate message. Note, that you may need to force-refresh the page (clear browser cache) to see the change. This also does not imply instant removal of the page from Google search results, and link to profile may still be present on groups' pages (same as with Lodestone).

This is what adventurer had to say during it:
History is tarnished. The young Elezen has seen it himself. A taste for adventure has turned into so much more than Leiran Duilleglas bargained for.
In the beginning, he sought to see the world and help others through healing. Before long, it became obvious that more powerful defenses would be needed to protect the people he was coming to see as his own. And so he studied, learning myriad methods of healing as well as how to wield the sword and arcane arts offensively.
Countless Eikons felled and thousands of lives saved, but Captain Duilleglas has come to realize how much he has been mislead by history. At first firmly at odds with the Ascians, the stoic Elezen found a strange and inexplicable kinship with the Paragon Emet-Selch. Through a tentative truce, Leiran and the Scions came to understand the Ascian ideal, even sympathizing with their pain. However, in the end, they were forced to part ways.
It would not be long before the very fabric of reality began to warp. With the Paragons extinct, Leiran and the Scions are left to deal with the remaining sundered Ascians. With one in particular proving to be more twisted than anticipated, mankind once again was forced to turn to the vaunted "Warrior of Light" in a last effort to save the star.
With the help of a few new old friends, Leiran journeyed farther than he had ever anticipated when he first entered Eorzea as a humble adventurer. Coming face-to-face with deepest despair, the Scions of the Seventh Dawn found themselves in a true test of their courage and conviction.
In the aftermath, with scores settled and friends returned home, it was determined that it was time to go each their own way. After bidding his friends farewell, Leiran determined to return to his roots. As an unlikely and grumpy friend had ordered, he intends to see the world.
Clutching the crystal of Azem close, Leiran Duilleglas made preparations to go forth and seek discovery.
