If you own this character account, and do not want to share the data, you can change private settings on Lodestone, and a private flag will be applied on next update, preventing any further updates, hiding all details of the profile and applying noindex tag to the page. Visiting the page every 24 hours can help prioritize the update, but generally it happens within minutes. Once it's applied, you will see appropriate message. Note, that you may need to force-refresh the page (clear browser cache) to see the change. This also does not imply instant removal of the page from Google search results, and link to profile may still be present on groups' pages (same as with Lodestone).

This is what adventurer had to say during it:
Cecyl was born in Sharlayan to a Viera gleaner and a Hyuran sellsword as an only son. His parents were often busy chasing gil, but loved him very much, though he was often left alone. They were religious, yet humble people. He was a shy and reserved boy who spent most of his time in fantasy books, and eventually grew up to learn to wield a sword like his father and follow a similar humble pursuit of gil so that he could live on his own and care for his parents once they were old.
He left Sharlayan to accept a job with the Gladiators of Ul'dah, and eventually became skilled enough to catch the attention of a Paladin, who taught him the craft and passed a soulstone down to him. He also took an interest in leathercrafting as a way to repair and create his own battle gear, and sometimes works as a courtesan by night.
