Visiting the page every 24 hours can help prioritize the update, but generally it happens within minutes. Once it's applied, you will see appropriate message. Note, that you may need to force-refresh the page (clear browser cache) to see the change. This also does not imply instant removal of the page from Google search results, and link to profile may still be present on groups' pages (same as with Lodestone).

This is what adventurer had to say during it:
Aelle is the son of Valkus Ramn, the man of a thousand tales. As youths, his parents traveled in a crystal caravan on behalf of their village. Their homeland was blanketed in a venomous miasma that only light from a special crystal could repel. Years into their journey, they later discovered the monstrous source of this mist and, together with their allies, defeated the beast. With their lands freed, Valkus married his partner, Milli, and the two set out to explore the world.
After living in the realm of Vana'diel for about five years, the two gave birth to their first child, Aelle. Valkus, now a dark knight, decided that this would be a good time to take his newly expanded family to a new land; one inhabited by enormous monsters and hunters. As Aelle came of age, his sister was born and, following that, a call went out for hunters to go on an expedition to a recently discovered continent known as the New World. Valkus and his family set out once again, however Aelle decided to strike his fortune elsewhere.
He journeyed to Eorzea to both make a name for himself and to escape his father's shadow. Luckily, Aelle's talents were vast and plentiful, allowing him to easily find success wherever he traveled. This of course made him rather brash and somewhat arrogant, as failures were little more than a bump in the road to him. He also suffered from his fickle nature, jumping from one job to the next without ever settling into anything. Fortunately, he was able to get on track after meeting up with his soon to be travel mates.
While working in Limsa Lominsa as part of the Marauder's guild, he met up with the wild and beautiful roegadyn, Derelict Rouge. Her headstrong nature and vivacious personality sparked a friendly rivalry between the two. Rouge always gave it her all and was the best yellow jacket the guild had seen, however Aelle always seemed to casually be on step ahead of her. His smug attitude drove her crazy and the ease at which he succeeded infuriated her to no end.
This all came to a head, however when Rouge busted a lone thief who had been tearing up the markets; a snooty, highbrow, little au ra girl named Rayna Fairchild. Despite her pleas of innocence, she was clearly a kleptomaniac with a superiority complex. Aelle decided to bargain with the guild master for her freedom. He would take her as his charge and travel the realm, all the while educating her in the merits of being a hard working, selfless individual.
Despite his pompous and flamboyant nature, Aelle was very much a dedicated person and this allowed him to get what he asked for. Surprisingly, Rouge was thrown into the deal and the three soon found themselves as a trio of adventurers. As they walked the lands, it was soon that Aelle found his missing piece, his desired trade of choice: the Machinist. With gun in hand and allies at his sides, Aelle travels the world, like his father before him, making a name for himself every step of the way.
