I am A'nony Mouse (pronounced Ah-non-ee mous), but my friends call me Mouse. My da was of the Antelope tribe, while my ma was a Keeper of the Moon, hence my unusual name. Everyone in the tribe thought that my da had simply found a lala babe, and felt pity for me. Truth is, my ma died during childbirth, and it was my da who had dosed me with fantasia early in my years. He knew the mating customs of the Seekers of the Sun, and he did not want that for his daughter.
"I's talks like dis fors many years. Youse thinks I's rather silly fors it. But, it's da ways mes dah taught mes to talks." I thought I was just a tiny Miqo'te, earning my name of "Mouse," no matter how much the other Miqo'te children teased me.
It wasn't until my da was on his deathbed that I learned what he had done. Feeling betrayed, and an outcast in the tribe, I decided to venture forth into the bowls of Eorzea. Unsure of the true dangers that lurked before me, I trudged onwards, fearlessly.
I earned a fantasia after some time in my adventures, and when I met someone who made my heart throb, decided to take on my true, grown, miqo'te form. Alas, he was meant for another, and so I moved on. Where did my adventures take me? Perhaps I shall divulge those tales later. But for now, I leave you with this.
