Visiting the page every 24 hours can help prioritize the update, but generally it happens within minutes. Once it's applied, you will see appropriate message. Note, that you may need to force-refresh the page (clear browser cache) to see the change. This also does not imply instant removal of the page from Google search results, and link to profile may still be present on groups' pages (same as with Lodestone).

This is what adventurer had to say during it:
Sefa Tavvis or Sefy to her family and close friends was born within the wall's of Little Ala Mhigo. She was born to Brynhildr Longblade who was a great Shield-maiden who had fought bravely in many one sided battles and have come out unscathed, and her father Mord Tavvis one of the finest warriors the Flames have ever known. Sefa unfortunately never got to know her mother as she died young taking an arrow for her father.
Motherless her father would often put her in the caring hands of the midwife Katrena while he was away. It was there that she would learn all the traditions the proud Highlanders hold near and dear to there heart; eat, drink with your kin, and fight honorably. Every so often her father and uncle who was the most curios little thing would come and visit. She would run and jump into the warm loving arm's of her father then go hug her uncle the Lalafel who was the same height as her and always gave her a rare desert rose upon every visit, these were her happiest moments growing up in the desert.
While growing up she got her first taste of battle while watching a Holmgang between two rival men fighting for the hand of a mate, the sight of it thrilled her and got her blood pumping. It wasn't until she was eight that she was able to learn how to fight. She would try to learn as fast as she could to impress her father and uncle when they would come and visit, All she wanted in life was the approval of her father and uncle. Her weapons of choice were swords, daggers, and the spear. She chose the spear as her main weapon to honor her mother and to fight with her spirit.
As the year's went by Sefa would become on of the strongest warriors within the walls of Little Ala Mhigo, and the visit's and letter's of her father would be more and more less frequent but she knew how important her father and uncle were to the flames so she just continued her training. Three years go buy without word of her father and uncle prompting her to to go to the source of the letter Ul'dah. The elders gave her the right of passage since she was of age, allowing her to leave the safety of the walls of Little Ala Mhigo and allowing her to go forth and forge her own path into the world.
She traveled to Ul'dah in search for her father, with no luck of finding him she went to the Pugilist guild that her uncle ran. She was told that they have not been seen in three years, indentured she based her new home outside of Ul'dah and spent a year searching Thanalan and Paglth'an. One faithful night she returned home to find little injured Lalafel curled by her fire. She aided the injured man only to find out that it was her uncle. Time goes by and Ryu starts to heal it is then he tells her of her fathers fate.
