Visiting the page every 24 hours can help prioritize the update, but generally it happens within minutes. Once it's applied, you will see appropriate message. Note, that you may need to force-refresh the page (clear browser cache) to see the change. This also does not imply instant removal of the page from Google search results, and link to profile may still be present on groups' pages (same as with Lodestone).

This is what adventurer had to say during it:
A dedicated Warrior, known affectionately as the, "Wall of Pink" by friends and allies.
A traditional woman, known before as an Aristocrat, settling quietly with nobility, however keeping distant from any and all around her, never feeling comfortable, content, or even happy. She was forced to remain within the gated walls of the large mansion where time after time she would find a bitter evening with the other noble patrons engaging in dull debates, and boring contests of casual sport. She was told that such an elegant, and unique woman such as her, should never be associated with something so crude and filthy as battle, however it was her dream to experience the thrill of a fight, and though it was no more than a dream to her, she hadn't known it was soon to prove true. On a bright night, she took a stroll by herself into the late hours. Through a forest path and into a nearby cave, she rested upon a large, gleaming stone, glimmering in the moonlight created from a hole in the top of the cave. It was a spot she visited nearly every night, drawn to its beauty, and at the same time compelled to return, feeling some sort of pulling force, wishing her presence. While she rested in this beautiful outcrop this particular night, a loud explosion could be heard in the distance in the direction of her home, and as she stood, something had crashed behind her, right where she had been sitting. Turning around, and blowing away the large cloud generated, she saw the stone shattered, and beneath it a crystal formation, impaled by the razor-sharp edge of an axe. The beautiful gem radiated an almost painfully bright glow, that enveloped the axe, transfiguring the weapon into that of the crystal itself. She looked to the moon, the only thing she could imagine to have been the cause...She wrapped her arm around the length of the handle, gripped it tightly, and pulled, wresting the weapon from the crystal. It felt so right in her hands, and at that moment she had realized she was never one for nobility, nor a regal type herself. She was fated to explore, to adventure, and the heavens themselves granted this wish. What she did with this blessing, was entirely in her hands. She never looked back to discover the fate of her estate, where she was shackled without chains her entire life. Her desire from that point on, was to roam the world and discover glory and excitement through combat. To do so, she shed all traces of nobility, expending her wealth on the armor she wore, a masterfully worked set of armor, made from the most expensive materials and to her own designs, fitting her tall, intimidating figure. Behind this impenetrable wall, there was indeed a woman, though most would find her akin to a monster in battle, standing between her allies and her enemies, devoid of emotions until the moment she had slain them, showing an almost sadistic pleasure and thirst for unbridled slaughter.
