That Miqo'te's name is Kehda.
Kehda was born into the very eclectic family of the Jaab. Kehda was born of the Sun; a mystic trait that draws power from the stars. Her family realized that she was special so they sent her off to study the "Way of the Sun" with the Marsh Mystics; a very ancient and powerful tribe sworn to train the bearer of the Sun, at the age of four. For 13 years, Kehda was trained the art of mysticism as well as all history of Eorzea.
