At the age of 17 Sorika lived a happy life. The oldest of three children, friends and family surrounded her and she lived without a care. That was until she over heard a conversation between the town elder and her father two days before her 18th birthday. Every time the eldest child turns the age of 18 he/she is hunted and killed in the jungles surrounding her town as a sacrifice to their Primal. Having learned of this early she ran in the dead of night the following day, but the village had already planned for this and hired a mercenary to wait for her outside the town. Having narrowly avoided death at the hands of a man known only to her as L.S, Sorika set out for Eorzea to find her would be killer. Armed with only her father's cudgel she began her journey through the harsh deserts of the Thanalan before arriving in Limsa Lominsa and discovering the art of Arcanists. From there the lush forests of the Black Shroud called her name. While there she heard rumors of a merciless man that sparked her memory. Hot on the trail of her target she met up with a lively bunch in the Free Company Harmonium. Everywhere she looked a friendly face was there to greet her. One stood out among the others though, a man that was a bit more friendly than the rest. At first she thought nothing of it, but for weeks every time she saw him her stomach would turn and her blood froze. It wasn't until she saw someone had broken into her inn room that she realized why. She now knows who her killer is and now it's just a simple matter of killing him before he kills her.
