If you own this character account, and do not want to share the data, you can change private settings on Lodestone, and a private flag will be applied on next update, preventing any further updates, hiding all details of the profile and applying noindex tag to the page. Visiting the page every 24 hours can help prioritize the update, but generally it happens within minutes. Once it's applied, you will see appropriate message. Note, that you may need to force-refresh the page (clear browser cache) to see the change. This also does not imply instant removal of the page from Google search results, and link to profile may still be present on groups' pages (same as with Lodestone).

This is what adventurer had to say during it:
All my life, all I've ever known are endless seas of sand and the excruciating heat from the sun. My home is the southern most part of the great Sagolii desert. My tribe lives where no man dares to venture if they value their lives. One day while hunting sandworms with my fellow tribesmen, I came across the bleached bones of a poor unfortunate fool who wandered into the desert unprepared. As I rummaged through his belongings for useful items, I found a diary and within its pages, the reason why this poor soul ventured so far south. A great war destroyed his people, his homeland and he was looking to start anew. He wrote and described fields of flowers, green grasses and ancient trees that had their own spoken language. The war never reached this far south. All I remember from the day in question was a solar eclipse that lasted longer than any other recorded by the elders. Curiosity got the better of me. I wanted to know what lies beyond the sand dunes. I wanted to see these fields of flowers, green grasses and speak to these ancient trees for myself. I believe its time for an adventure. I've heard stories from the elders of an oasis town called Forgotten Springs and its ruled by creatures called miqo'tes. I wonder what other wondrous sites and experiences I will witness along the way? I think I'll start from this oasis called Forgotten Springs.
