Valve, first step to improve your #badtechsupport would be to have 1 person dealing with a ticket, instead of assigning whomever is free for every reply. Second step, would to encourage your supporters to use logic, because none of the 3 (!) tickets I have for this now (soon to be 4) even had any discussions about antivirus. There is no evidence whatsoever indicating that this is caused by some other software. Even if it is, it is actually your job to determine what is causing this, to, at least, add it to list of known issues.
