Can't say I've watched any Turkish series (or movies) before to have an opinion about their cinematography, but I surely did not expect this.
The colors, the camera works, the sound are all great. The characters are so relatable and human, there is no "villain" or "hero", "good" or "bad" character, they are just... Regular flawed humans. The story is simple, but it still has its moment of suspense, relief, humor and the end of the series imply that there may be some games with time of the story or how it's provided, but it's possible that you need to rewatch it to learn if there is one.
Also Meryem (played by Öykü Karayel) shows how a woman with headscarf can become tremendously more attractive without it.
