FINE case is still open, there is not much going there, unfortunately, just some back-and-forth, but meanwhile I do have a potentially related update. Last Saturday I tried to withdraw some bitcoins, so that I can use them. I wanted to withdraw them to debit card, but that... Failed. Twice. Or rather it worked, but it was automatically cancelled:
But then within minutes I tried to do the same but using credit card, and it worked. For some reason OP does not show same kind of "receipt", but here's how it looks:
I tried asking them "why?" and got a very... Non-informative response:
Essentially similar to previous case with denial of future deposits for me: "just because". Which led me to a thought: the cancelled transactions had "Deposit" in description, which seems more like "type". I checked andf cash deposits were similar:
It was with "ATM" postfix, but cryptocurrency is treated as "quasi cash", so maybe OP blocked all deposits for me. Question is how to get some tangible information from them about the cancellation to confirm that. My guess is that they are intentionally to avoid liability. Because otherwise, it would be possible to call them on their bullshit, that they "restricted one transaction", as they claimed in one of the messages during FINE case (last paragraph):
Again, this is mostly speculation, at this point, but logic seems quite logical to me.
