I was able to get only past a few minutes even though it's not that long in general. The idea may not be bad (doubt it, though), but the way it's presented, the beginning, which does not give any proper exposition, flat stereotypical (or at least predictable) characters... And it looks as if people watching this would already know what happened before the OVA starts, but if it's a standalone (if I understood correctly), this is not a way to do it.
