Yes, the manga was not as good as Akame ga Kill, probably because it wanted to have bigger scale, rather than focus on personal development, but the last chapters are the worst one in the series for sure. There was no impact, no weight in them. While the ending is open, I hope author thinks really hard on what made this manga fail.
