Episode 2:
I dunno. Perhaps they are trying to "teach" that it's ok for girls to have "dirty" thoughts or something, but I think it could have been a bit more elegant. It's too "on the nose" here and too exaggerated. Like in other titles, where it's the guy's horniness that "saves the world". Also, if their clothes rip to shred every time, where do they get so much of new uniforms? I thought it's somehow regulated in Japan schools, no? I mean the actual uniforms, not those for cosplay.
Overall, it's not "bad", but a bit too simplistic for my taste. I think Trinity Seven is still the best anime of this type for me. Although I liked the "I must regulate you" phrase. I may even use it some time.
