I simply do not buy this transition. It does not make sense to me. "You loved her, so take her instead of me" is unrealistic. Real Rui would not think that, because that love was what turned Natsuo to Rui and made him the person Rui fell for. And he also worked for that. And now she simply disrespects his work, he disrespects hers and... And... This. And I doubt they would be able to keep Hina like that for 5 years without any medical equipment to, at least, monitor her. Nonsense. I am not against Natsuo+Hina (although I like Rui more), but the way this transition is simply unrealistic.
