Somehow this popped-up in my Instagram feed, saying, that it made "grown men" cry. I am not into hentai manga (or hentai in general, although I can appreciate sexy art), but I was curious. And... It did make me cry in the end. A tiny bit. Does this make it a good story (if you remove most if not of sex scenes)? Not really.
It's too generic, to be honest and too "rough". Some minor elements do not make much sense in real life and some could use more "explanation" of "background". it's too... Stereotypical, I guess. Yet it touches the subject superficially.
I am one to talk, though: quite some time ago I wrote a story which was somewhat inspired by a story told to me, a song and some footage I wish I have never seen. Even though it does deliver the feeling of disgust I hoped it would, it did not explore society's view as it should have. Probably because I could not at the moment. I plan to remediate that at some point, though.
But back to this manga. Why do some (I doubt that it will be "all") men cry in the end? Simply because of the contrast. Because it's so abrupt. These tears are cheap though. No one would properly emphasize with Saki here, unless this was the only "sad" story they have ever read. Or maybe they were in the similar situation and they just grasp all the hidden and missed stuff.
Not to pat myself on the back, but even I was more successful in delving into the details in the chapter linked above (BTW you can safely read it outside of the rest of the story, that I've shared so far). Henshin lacks those detail replacing them with cocks.
I guess, what I am trying to say here is that it could have been much more, if it was not just a rape-hentai.
