I find this less realistic than "Tonikaku Kawaii". In the latter it was kinda the point of the show though, that added humor. This show takes on a more grounded look, but then... Is not grounded at all.
A guy decided to let the girl stay for free for a night and with no ecchi? Ok. I mean, I could do that. "Indefinitely" (ok, until "she will learn not to be spoiled")? No. For some period of time (week? month?) - maybe, after... Hearing her story. Or at least trying to understand her background. Too nice to ask her? But would not it make sense to do so, in case, she needs more than just a place to stay?
But, ok, maybe he is extremely nice, but why did he wait a week (!) to go buy her a futon? In "Tonikaku Kawaii" they went for one the same night (or maybe the next one, not sure, but still early on).
And then there is the fact, that he is not encouraging her to get a job, which would make sense, again: live with me (do chores) and go for a part-time job, until you can figure out a way to live by yourself or find a way to get back home...
So, dynamics and atmosphere and art are, generally, ok. But I know all the above will be bothering me here, in this "realistic" anime... So dropping it.
