I feel dissonance. Facial impressions, some animations and overall goofiness somehow do not fit the backgrounds and narrative, that give "realistic" (relatively) vibes. In fact, facial impressions somehow remind me of American cartoons, which provides another source of dissonance for me.
Overall, it does look quite good visually, but that feeling of dissonance, that the work is trying to attract wider audience through some strange combinations was bugging me too much. Since I am not payed for analyzing this nagging in my brain, I'm just dropping it. Besides, I have too much to watch already.
